1. I am receiving an "unauthorized" message what should I do? |

Ninety-five percent of "Unauthorized" messages can be quickly resolved using one of the following: |

Step #1: Do not cut and paste the username and password, instead type it in manually and check the box to remember it on your computer.

Step #2: If you continue to receive the "unauthorized" message, your browser cashe files may be blocking your username and password. Since each browser have different ways to delete cashe files, open your browser and type one of the following messages into your subject bar and follow the short instructions:

- Clean my cache, cookies, and history
- How to clear my browser cashe?
- How to clear my cashe?
- Delete cashe files

2. How do I reset or have my password send to me? |

3. How do I log into my account? |

Depending on your registration, click the appropriate link below. If you are not a registered member and try to login in, you will receive a "unauthorized" message (See #1 to register as a member). |
